Last year I visited a chiropractor and was told that my spine has some misalignment which would explain why my back is constantly hurting. I would also wake up with my back sore which is never a good way to start your day.

I was given some exercises to do at home along with weekly visits to the chiropractor which somewhat provided relief. Keeping a good posture has by far been the hardest, especially since I work on my computer a lot.

I’ve found that working on my bed has been a lot more comfortable since getting our Solay Mattress. Saying I’ve been spending more time in bed sounds like I’m not being productive, but when the bed is comfortable and you work a lot from home it’s a blessing.
