I used to love Shutterfly. I probably will order from them again, but I recently switched to snapfish – partly because Shutterfly actually made me mad! Their prints are great, but on another blog I run I gave them a shout out for being such a good company and instead of just being glad, they emailed me to tell me that I should include more links to their site. Keep in mind I wasn't being paid to do a post for them – I was just offering them free publicity because I liked them. I made it clear I wasn't doing that!
