Too funny! I always have bags of this (and a few other variations ~ but this one is my fave) in my refrigerator. I like to add avocado, carrots and sliced chicken. It’s the perfect light summer dinner. I even served it at a book group night and now all those ladies love it too. I’m surprised how many people have yet to discover it.

This looks yummy! I love kale. When you mix it with something sweet, it taste super delicious! I’ll have to try this recipe.

A yummy dressing makes the entire salad. Homemade salad is always a kid favorite, but we also like to use sweet dressings.

Salads are tough with kids… but it looks good to me! My favorite kale salad is the Kroger kale superfood salad (google it). YUM!

I have never tried this and think I will have to have ago. I am running out of ideas to cook meals for the 6 of us and have 2 picky toddlers who will not eat salads.
