I&#039;ve found that by cutting up my fruit and/or veggies when I get home from the grocery store, and just washing them and prepping, really helps me to snack healthier.  When you&#039;re hungry you don&#039;t want to spend a lot of time preparing your snack. ;)  Thanks for sharing!]]></description>
